We meet to make sure to get a solid understanding of your vision for your event and share my process and pricing.

Client Onboarding


Service agreement is reviewed, deposit is made, and we meet to review and revise a detailed event plan backwards mapped from your deadline.

I Get to Work


I get started and we meet via phone, Skype or in-person as necessary with vendors, venue staff, etc.

Regular Email Reports


I send email reports at least weekly with the updated project plan to share progress.

Day-of Event Management


I serve as your day-of event manager, managing participants, vendors and event details.
